I provide therapy in the context of individual therapy, addressing a variety of concerns. I have specialized experience and interest in working with individuals hoping to process and heal from trauma experiences as well as women coping with fertility and pre- and postpartum concerns. My other areas of expertise include:  

  • depression

  • anxiety

  • traumatic experiences

  • intense ups and downs in mood

  • grief / loss /bereavement

  • low motivation / productivity

  • body image concerns

  • relationship difficulties

  • difficulty communicating one's needs

  • feeling stuck / stagnant / purposeless

  • fertility concerns and postpartum adjustment

I am honored to provide services to people of all sexual orientations and with the relationship structure of their choosing.  I have assisted those in relationships who subscribe to a variety of structures, including monogamy and polyamory.  Similarly, I welcome clients who identify with any gender, race, citizenship status, and spiritual practice.

I offer sessions both in-person and virtually. While the benefits of meeting in a common, dedicated space together are immense in therapy, the convenience (and sometimes necessity) of meeting virtually cannot be denied. I use a HIPAA-compliant, secure video platform that is extremely user friendly. If you have any concerns about using a video platform for therapy, please reach out to me with your questions!

FEES

An initial 20 minute phone consultation is provided free of charge to assess whether I may be of assistance to you or to make an appropriate referral.  Please complete the Contact form (found in the upper right corner of this page), and I will contact you to set-up our phone consultation at a time that works for you.

 

Individual and couples Therapy

Initial 60-minute diagnostic intake session - $250.00

50-minute therapy session - $190.00

Telephone consultation (per hour) - $140.00

I am currently in-network with PacificSource, Aetna, Regence Blue Cross and Shield, and First Choice Health. If I am an in-network provider for your insurance plan, I will submit charges to your insurance provider after our session. All other fees (i.e., copays or for those paying out of pocket), I will charge the credit card on file after our session and with your permission.

If I am not an in-network provider with insurance panels, your insurance plan may include benefits for out of network providers.  I am happy to work with you on accessing these benefits.  See the FAQ page for more information.

Insurance can be difficult to maneuver, and I will help as much as possible. I strongly encourage you to read through the insurance section of the FAQ page and contact your insurer with any outstanding concerns.
